training late 2006. \"I have always been fearful of computers but my job as a
librarian has changed to a computer administrator. The training I received at
Community Technical Service has given me more than the necessary skills to help the
children at the school and my career.\"

Frank Gurerrero 30 of Glenview Street and construction laborer signed up for
computer training in February 2007. Frank had no computer skills when he started;
but now he is able to apply for a better position at his current employment. \"I now
have enough skills and confidence in this short period of time to use my computer
and do things I dreamed of\".
